Pendant 6 mois j’ai acheté sur eBay des objets décrits comme “Rare et Magnifique” par leurs vendeurs. Les 25 objets reçus constituent une matière première unique - chargée d’histoires et de valeur subjective - que j’ai réduite en poudre puis transformée en lingots.
During six months I bought objects on eBay that were described as "Rare et Magnifique" by their sellers. The 25 objects I received constitute a unique raw material - loaded with stories and subjective value - which I ground into fine powder and cast into ingots.
Durante 6 meses compré en eBay objetos descritos por sus vendedores como "Rare et Magnifique". Los 25 objetos recibidos constituyen una materia prima única - cargada en historias y valor subjetivo - que he molido y convertido en lingotes.

Signed colour 7.5 x 11.5 reproduction of the artist's work entitled Painting (1978). Signed in bold black ink with his name alone to the lower white border. Matted in white and framed and glazed in an attractive frame to an overall size of 11.5 x 16

A good signed 11 x 15 book photograph of Hockney standing in a full length pose before a wall upon which hang three rows of portraits. In his hands the artist holds a framed portrait of an elderly lady in order to obscure his own face. Boldly signed in blue ink with his name alone to a clear area at the base of the image. Obtained in person at an Opera Benefit at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, California on the 4th September 1996.

Signed and inscribed 4 x 6 postcard, being a colour reproduction of Bacon's painting entitled Portrait of Isabel Rawsthorne Standing in a Street in Soho (1967). Signed by Bacon in bold blue ink to the verso.

JAMES FALZONE’S ALLOS MUSICA / Lamentations (Allos Documents -
merci à/thanks to Improvised Communications)
Another hit in my book for clarinetist James Falzone. Lamentations features him in a trio mixing jazz with chamber music and world music. With Ronnie Malley on oud (and some vocals) and Tim Muvenna on hand drums (mostly).
Composed trios, a traditional song, and improvisations for clarinet and drum. Falzone’s writing is very sensitive without getting over-delicate. This CD weaves a moving atmosphere where creativity is expressed quietly.

CASA ALUMINAIRE
La Casa Aluminaire, fue diseñada por los arquitectos Kocher and Frey para la 45th Exhibition de la Architectural League of New York realizada en 1931, donde se construyó en 10 días y se desmontó en 6. Adquirida por el arquitecto Wallace K. Harrison, fue trasladada a Syosset, Long Island.
